Equus Claims Management Ltd

THE UK’S LEADING LIABILITY ADJUSTERS SPECIALISING IN THE INVESTIGATION AND HANDLING OF EQUINE CLAIMS

Experts in equine claims management

The team at Equus are highly skilled in the cost effective management of claims from first notification through to conclusion.

In particular, we possess unrivalled experience of claims brought under the Animals Act 1971 including key legal decisions and how these may influence liability on horse owners.

To that end, we recognise the importance of securing crucial witness evidence and contemporaneous documents at an early stage of the investigation.

Our professional and sensitive approach to the investigation process allows us to make early recommendations to our clients whilst managing the policyholder’s expectations throughout the life cycle of the claim.
